Placing an Order

Simply find the items you are looking for and add them to your basket. Once everything is in the basket that you would like to order, click the Checkout button and complete the checkout process.

 

After your order has been placed and the checkout has been completed, an order confirmation will be emailed to the email address provided. (This email address will also be used for your delivery updates). Please check this carefully to make sure the delivery address and the order detail is correct.


Changing your Order

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to amend your order. If your order has already been picked ready for dispatch, we will not be able to make changes to the order or the delivery address.

 


Pay by Purchase Order

You can now pay by purchase order if you sign up for a Normans Education Account, where you'll receive discounted prices and extra benefits.

 

For your first online purchase order, we will require an official education email address to verify your account. Following verification from our education team, you will be able to continue to use purchase orders as a method of payment in the future.


Stock Availability

Our warehouse holds thousands of lines to ensure our customers are offered a great choice of products. Occasionaly a product may not be immediately available at the time of ordering, in this case there will be an estimated delivery date shown on the product listing and a member of our team will be in touch to give more options.

 

When the stock is available physically in our warehouse for immediate shipment, the Availability will show as In Stock on the product page.


When we do not have the stock avilable in our warehouse, we will show an estimated delivery date based on how long it usually takes our suppliers to dispatch items to us, or when we know the next delivery is arriving. Estimated delivery dates are updated constantly and whilst every effort is made to ensure they are accurate, these are estimated and not guaranteed.


International Payments/Export Orders

For international orders, you can purchase items on our website and pay using a credit/debit card or PayPal. Please note this is only available for the zones listed on the Delivery page. For anything outside these zones please contact sales@normans.co.uk.

 

You can also place an order by email or telephone and make payment by credit/debit card or bank transfer. We will email our International Bank Transfer Information (Swift/IBAN codes) to you, and once the payment has cleared, your goods will be dispatched. When you are making an International Bank Transfer customers are accountable for paying any bank transfer fees.
