A-STAR | Wood Blocks

Sometimes known as the Chinese Block, Wood Blocks are exactly what they say on the tin: A block of wood. But, of course, there's more to it than that. Carefully shaped resonators and different wood choices means that the Wood Block can create many different sounds. While usually rectangular in shape the A-Star Wood Blocks give you more choices. Some have Guiro like ridges, expanding the sounds the instrument can make. Others have smooth handles for comfortable holding. Some are even Tulip shaped, giving a whole new sound.
