FAQs
What are the delivery services and time scales?
Our warehouse dispatches items Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. Once your order has been picked, packed and passed to one of our delivery partners we will send you an email to confirm it's on the way along with a copy of your invoice, which will show the delivery method. Orders will be dispatched within 1-2 working days if all items are in stock and we often manage to send them out on the same working day, depending on when we receive the order.
Deliveries for small and medium items to UK mainland addresses are delivered in 1-2 working days by DPD, who will contact you via text on the day of delivery to give you an hour delivery window. To get this service, you will need to provide us with your mobile number when placing your order.
Extra large items are shipped on a pallet by H. Young and are usually delivered in 5-10 days. We will contact you to arrange a suitable date for delivery after you have placed your order.
If I order multiple items, will they be delivered together?
Where possible we will always ship all items ordered together and this is the case for the vast majority of our deliveries. If one or more of the items are out of stock you will be contacted by a member of our team with further details. We will always do our very best to get your complete order to you as quickly as possible and keep you informed of any potential delay.
Can I delay delivery of my order?
If you are a school or education establishment and would like to place an order now but are unsure when you are able to accept delivery, we are more than happy to hold your order free of charge until your school is able to accept delivery. Please contact us for more information.
My delivery was attempted but I wasn't there. How do I reschedule my delivery?
If you miss the delivery, DPD will automatically try to redeliver the next working day. You also have 'in-flight' options to reschedule the delivery, such as:
- Select an alternative delivery date
- Opt for delivery to a nominated neighbour
- Have the parcel left in a specified safe place
- Collect the parcel from your local DPD Pickup Shop
My item was out of stock when I ordered, when will it be delivered?
Our Support Team will contact you using the email address on your order within 1 working day. We will confirm when more stock is expected and give you the option to place it on back order, accept an alternative or if neither of these is acceptable, you can cancel and we will provide a full refund.
Can I change the delivery address after the order has been confirmed?
If you want to send your parcel to a different address then please contact us as soon as possible. There may be a small charge and DPD can take up to 3 days to redeliver to a different address.
My parcel has been returned to you. How can I get this redelivered?
Please contact our Support Team to arrange the redelivery with us. All items returned to us undelivered are subject to a redelivery fee.
Do you deliver to BFPO or PO Box addresses?
Unfortunately we are unable to accept deliveries to BFPO or PO Box addresses. If you have any questions about this, please contact us and our team will be happy to help.
Do you deliver to my country?
We currently only ship to UK addresses. We recommend contacting a UK freight forwarder to ship orders internationally.
My order has missing/incorrect items, what should I do?
We’re really sorry about that. If you have received any incorrect items, you must inform us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Where possible, you will be asked to return the products to us using one of our free returns options. If any items are missing, please let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order to report the discrepancy, please contact our Support Team who will be able to help.
