What do they do?
The sessions held by The Together Project aim to make everyone go away smiling, from parents and toddlers to older residents living with dementia. With a range of activities including singing and playing instruments, these sessions help to reduce loneliness, and improve wellbeing for everyone involved. Through the joy of music, parents can see their children connecting with new people, and building intergenerational friendships.
