Izzo ABS 10 inch Pandeiro

Pandeiro are the samba equivalent to the tambourine. The Pandeiro is fitted with 5 sets of metal jingles. These are cupped to create a drier and crisper sound with a fast attack, whereas a tambourine has more resonance.

To play, simply hold in one hand and strike with the other. You can get more complex rhythms by alternating patterns between the thumb, fingertips, heel and palm of your hand and it can even be shaken for a roll like sound.

This 10" ABS pandeiro has a white head and comes in red, white, blue, black and green. Colour received may vary.
