Izzo Set of 3 Surdos - Multicoloured (16, 14 and 12 in)

Izzo are a manufacturer of authentic Brazilian samba percussion instruments and have been producing top quality instruments for over 6 decades!

This pack contains 3 sizes of colourful surdos including: 12", 14" and 16" drums. As they are single headed instruments, constructed of aluminium, they can be neatly placed, one inside the other for easy storage and are very light for ease of transportation.

Although traditionally, surdos tend to be double headed instruments, the superb and thick Napa heads more than compensate for the lack of a second skin and produce a full, warm and deep tone. They can be played whilst being held in place with a surdo strap/harness or alternatively, these are supplied with removable, strong foam feet to become free standing drums if required.

Overall, these are great sounding drums that are lightweight and as such, are ideal for young players as well as adults.
